Dillian Whyte has decided to take legal action against the WBC for the current position of his mandatory position. Eddie Hearn wants Dillian to box the winner of the Fury Wilder trilogy fight in February 2021, however asking Fury to box three times in twelve months isn’t likely.

Usyk’s promoter Has reacted to Bob Arum’s comments stating Usyk should box Dillian Whyte to prove his worth in the heavyweight division. This will be an absolute war however, it does not look likely as the Chisora fight has been confirmed for October. It’s likely Usyk will be enforcing his WBO mandatory shot for 2021.  News is emerging that Tyson Fury will be made a franchise champion - for those that don’t know effectively means you do not have any mandatory is he picking choose when you fight. Very much like the king in chess!

In other heavyweight news Jarrell Miller has had his boxing license approved and could be facing Jerry Forrest on July 9, he has also mentioned Carlos Takam but this has since gone quiet - this would be a great fight and a difficult one to call.

Ryan Garcia’s in house beef continued with Golden Boy Promotions after he tweeted “you do realise you’re supposed be my promoter not a hater right?” Ryan Garcia turn down a fourth of July about. Virgil Ortiz will now be headlining the July 4th Show.

Jorge Linares is making waves in the 135 pound division. Stating he wants to box either Ryan Garcia, Devin Haney or Luke Campbell. His first choice is King Ryan. Linares would be a difficult fight for Devin, however a win would certainly show that he is the real deal. King Ryan talks a lot and Luke would want to avenge his loss. Bernard Hopkins believes that Ryan Garcia should box Gervonta Davis ASAP - this would be a superb fight, a war and a fight to settle their forever lasting feud!

Mike Tyson is back in the news this week along with Jamie Foxx as it has emerged that fucks will be playing Tyson in the upcoming biopic Iron Mike. Stay tuned for more on this - we’re expecting lots of press over the next few months. Iron Mike will be a classic and Foxx is a great choice. He’s reportedly hitting the gym hard and will be great shape for when filming begins.
